  • The Training and Recruitment House is a great company to work with. Any request is delivered with professionalism and they always have a wide range of options to accommodate our business. They provide a very personalised, tailored service and the courses are very easy to understand. They also tailor them to specific learning groups and learning needs of the business, such as providing tests and documents in different languages if English is not the first language.

  • The main side of the business is Health and Safety and to date, we have seen excellent work from The Training and Recruitment House. Jonathan really went in depth into every part of our business and really tailored our Health and Safety package. It was extremely detailed. I can be confident in the knowledge he has delivered the right package for my employees and I know we are better off since he came to us. Every part has been well covered and Jonathan has provided a very professional service. I would definitely recommend him.

    John Fyfe - Production Manager

Mallon Foods in Co Monaghan have also been delighted with our service.

  • All the training so far has been to a high standard. There is a good range of courses and using the same provider for a range of activities has to be a good thing. I sat in on one of the teacher training courses and the standard of training delivered was excellent. They do a great range of additional workshops as well.

    Robert Byrne - Centre Manager

Greenvale Leisure Centre, in Magherafelt, has used The Training and Recruitment House since opening in September 2012 for food safety and gym instructor training, and is now looking at other management programmes.

  • We use The Training and Recruitment House Ltd for our training in Food Safety. This is a residential children's home for children with disabilities. Our staff cook for these children every day so we have a lot of mandatory training to do. The difference between Jonathan and his Team compared to other training agencies, is that Jonathan and his team put the training in context, they make it relevant to the people they training, they engage with everyone and what can sometimes be considered mundane, becomes a fully engaging and interesting process. We would highly recommend The Training and Recruitment House Ltd and we will be using them in the future.

    Gerry O'Neill - Children's Services Manager

Barnardo's Willowgrove Service in Banbridge, described training from The Training and Recruitment House Ltd as 'meaningful, relevant and engaging'.

  • We can do nothing but sing their praises. They are not just professional but so friendly and compliant with any requests we have had. They were really glad to help us in anyway, any problems or any questions we had. They are always approachable. We met up before training began and they listened to what our needs were and advised on things that would be appropriate for us to train in. Initially it started out as door security but we've been so pleased we are now looking at first aid and health and safety courses too. We have had great feedback about their training and are very happy with their service.

Emma Gray - Job Links Worker

Shankill Women’s Centre, Belfast, is a key provider for training, health awareness, childcare and young women's activities in the Greater Shankill area.

  • I have found The Training and Recruitment House very professional. Nothing is too much for them. There is a wide range of courses at a very competitive price. The trainers are very knowledgeable and we have had great feedback from our learners who enjoyed the courses and found them very beneficial. We have just started supervisors courses now. A lot of courses out there are two to three days but these are one day. A lot of managers can’t get out for two to three days, but they get all the content in one day, and it is very relevant. They have a great style of teaching and the courses are very interactive.

    Stephanie Barr - HR assistant

Linwoods in County Armagh used the team for fire risk assessment and Supervisory training.

We found that the trainers engaged with our teams in such a way that made everything really interesting and most importantly our teams are able to put into practice what was taught every day. We would highly recommend Jonathan and his team to other businesses.

  • We use The Training and Recruitment House to train both staff and people who come in to the centre. They do our training in Health and Safety and First Aid, which we run around three times a year, and Food Hygiene for those looking to get back into employment. They are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is a problem for them. All the tutors have been brilliant and people have commented on just how good they are. They give us the whole package and their customer service is brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.
